Collectionat Recruitment is AI recruitment software that runs inside your own Microsoft tenant. It combines a candidate portal, AI CV screening, AI video interviews, weighted scorecards and a hiring pipeline, so recruiters can shortlist on evidence.

For each vacancy you set the competencies and their weights. Every CV that arrives is scored against them, with quoted evidence from the CV for each rating. Candidates above your threshold can be invited to an AI interview automatically, or you invite them yourself.

Candidates answer your approved questions on a laptop or phone, at a time that suits them. A presenter reads each question aloud, the answer is recorded with a live transcript, and the AI scores every answer. Every candidate gets the same questions in the same order, and recruiters can watch each answer.

No. The AI scores, ranks and explains. Shortlisting, rejecting and hiring are always done by a recruiter, and nothing changes for a candidate until a person submits the decision.

Yes. It is built on Power Platform and Dataverse with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Speech. Recruiters sign in with their Microsoft work accounts through Entra ID, and in-person or online interviews are scheduled into Microsoft Teams.

The candidate portal and AI interviews are multilingual, including English and Arabic with full right-to-left layout. CVs are assessed in their original language.

In your own Dataverse environment and Azure resources. Each customer has its own isolated deployment, access is role-based, and candidate data is never shared between customers.
